By creating an account or using the Rapid Intelligence platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") in full. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Rapid Intelligence Systems provides RIKO, an AI-powered customer service assistant that businesses can embed on their websites. The Service includes:
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to Business-level features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access will be restricted unless you have subscribed to a paid plan.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without notice.
You retain ownership of your website content and any data you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Rapid Intelligence a limited licence to crawl, process, and store your publicly accessible website content solely for the purpose of operating your AI assistant.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and make available any content you provide to us.
RIKO is an AI assistant and may occasionally provide inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated responses. You are responsible for reviewing the AI's behaviour and ensuring it is appropriate for your business context. We strongly recommend:
Rapid Intelligence is not liable for any loss or damage arising from AI responses provided to your customers.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We provide email support at contact@rapidintelligence.com.au with a target response time of one business day.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapid Intelligence Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in the dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion, during which time you may request an export.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if we are required to do so by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active account holders of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
